We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping methods, costs, delivery estimates, and international orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Most in-stock orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Pre-order, made-to-order, or personalized items may take 5–14 business days (exact timeline is always shown on the product page).

→ Delivery times start from the day the package leaves our warehouse (not the day you place the order).
→ All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

3. International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to select countries when possible. For all other countries, duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs brokerage fees, and local handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Packages are declared with accurate values and marked as “merchandise” (required by international law).
  • Refusing to pay customs fees will result in the package being abandoned or returned — original shipping costs and return fees will not be refunded.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Every order receives a tracking number (except very small letter-mail items in some countries).
  • You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link.
  • You can also log into your account → “My Orders” to see real-time updates 24/7.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Special Cases

  • We happily ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO (military addresses), and most BFPO addresses.
  • We currently do not ship to a few sanctioned countries and certain remote islands — these will be blocked at checkout.
  • Hazardous items (aerosols, strong fragrances, nail polish, etc.) have limited international shipping options.

6. What Happens if Something Goes Wrong?

7. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During Black Friday, Christmas, and other high-volume periods:

  • Processing may extend to 2–4 business days.
  • We always post clear cut-off dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery on the website and via email.
